Calming Blend

This is a beautiful blend that I reach for when I want something that reminds me of springtime and everything associated with springtime. This is a very light and floral blend full of herbs that act on the nervous system, also called nervines. I recently learned that it is beneficial to consume nervine herbs daily to build up a resilience to stress and anxiety, rather than consuming nervines solely when you’re feeling out of balance emotionally. This blend contains Lemon Balm, Tulsi, Chamomile, Rose, and Lavender, all of which are nervine herbs.

Steep this blend for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.

Herbs

  • 2 Parts Lemon Balm

  • 2 Parts Chamomile

  • 1 Part Tulsi

  • 1 Part Chrysanthemum Flowers

  • 1 Part Rose

  • 1 Part Lavender
