Tea blend for urinary health

I have always been one to prioritize urinary tract health, mainly because I am deathly afraid of UTIs. I really wanted to concoct a tea blend that supports urinary tract health. I did not intend for this blend to be a treatment for an active UTI, rather a blend that helps keep the urinary tract healthy and clear of infection.

I used a base of raspberry leaf and lemon balm for a floral flavor and to balance out some of the bitter herbs that were used. I was unsure how this blend would taste because it incorporates many herbs that I was unsure of tastewise, such as uva ursi, calendula, cornsilk, horsetail, and dried cranberries. The blend turned out to be surprisingly good! The tea is very floral and light, making it perfect for the transition from winter to spring. This blend would work either hot or iced.
